a blog that's mostly about chocolate... or at least it should be since it's written by a chocolatier, but actually really ends up being about lots and lots of things that have nothing to do with chocolate at all. Quite a lot of the time it's completely off topic and about things that make me happy or angry or recipes for stews or my latest cake or things I've found or even meat with no chocolate in it. But, there are lots of bits that ARE about chocolate.
